Returns Policy
Want to return something?
It’s okay, we all change our mind from time to time! All we ask is for you to email us at hello@isportsstore.co.uk, with your reason for the return. We will then email you with details of where to send the item(s) back to. You as the customer are responsible for the payment of postage/shipping for returns on non-faulty goods.
We ask that you include your order number (found on your confirmation email) and your full name inside the returns package. If you have any queries with your return, we’re happy to help, simply send an email to hello@isportsstore.co.uk.
What if you receive damaged or faulty goods?
If for any reason at all you believe we’ve sent you damaged or faulty goods, we will try to deal with this as soon as possible. Please email hello@isportsstore.co.uk with your name and order number.
If you receive damaged or faulty goods, you will be given a full refund on your postage and packaging. So we ask for you to include a copy of the postage receipt and the amount will be added to your refund total.
Please send your returns using a secure and traceable method, for example Royal Mail Recorded delivery. Please ask for and keep proof of postage.
Posting is your responsibility and if the package is lost we will be unable to complete your refund. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your return and that you have been credited.
We will try to refund in the same method as you have initially paid for your order. It can sometimes take up to 14 days upon us receiving the goods to process a refund, but we aim to keep you updated along the way.
